This exercise simulated a magnitude 7 earthquake in Weining County, Bijie City, with severe damage to buildings in the epicenter and a large number of people trapped. Guizhou Fire dispatched 2 heavy rescue teams, 7 light rescue teams, and 1 mobile rescue team, with nearly 1,000 firefighters quickly carrying out rescue operations. The exercise used an air, land, and rail three-dimensional approach for the first time to deliver forces, It is the largest cross-regional earthquake rescue exercise in the history of Guizhou Fire.

Due to the large number of participants, complex assessment subjects, and wide coverage area, the communication support task was extremely arduous. The Far East Communications support team actively communicated with the client, understood the on-site information, grouping, and communication methods, A detailed support plan and emergency plan were developed in advance. To improve communication efficiency and achieve better communication results during the exercise, in addition to providing technical support for the participating Guizhou emergency mobile communication vehicle, Far East Communications also specially dispatched a set of emergency command narrowband wireless communication system to the site, creating A three-in-one emergency command communication solution of "rear command center-front command post-rescue site", providing technical support for front and rear communication dispatch.

Far East Communications set up a narrowband wireless communication network covering mountainous areas, rivers, and simulated urban areas on site, In addition to completing emergency communication, rescue equipment allocation, and support assistance calls, it can also report the task execution situation to the front command post and the Guizhou Corps command center in a timely manner, Realizing information sharing between the rescue site, the front command post, and the Guizhou Provincial Fire and Rescue Corps command center, ensuring the orderly and smooth execution of the entire exercise.
