Oven - Controlled Crystal Oscillators (OCXOs) use constant - temperature oven control technology to maintain the crystal resonator at the temperature corresponding to the zero - temperature - coefficient point, thereby achieving frequency stability with fluctuations in the parts - per - billion (ppb) range or even smaller. Currently, our company has developed OCXOs for various scenarios, including high - stability, low - phase - noise, low - G - sensitivity, low - short - term - stability, and miniaturization. Crystal Oscillator(XO) series adopts surface - mount package forms. The package sizes are 3225, 5032, and 7050. It integrates a crystal resonator and an oscillation circuit chip inside, which can provide clock and frequency references for the system. It supports multiple operating temperature ranges, with the maximum temperature up to 125°C. The waveform output can be customized (supporting CMOS and differential output forms). In terms of quality grades, it supports industrial - grade, military - grade, and aerospace grades such as CAST H and CASSM.

Temperature - Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs) use an internally integrated temperature - compensation chip to convert the ambient temperature into a compensation voltage for frequency compensation and control of the oscillator. This enables frequency stability with fluctuations ranging from 0.1 ppm to 1 ppm. TCXOs feature fast startup, low power consumption, high stability, and surface - mount technology.

Voltage - Control Crystal Oscillators (VCXOs) allow the user to manually adjust a control voltage to compensate for instabilities in the output frequency. It is used to bring the oscillator back to frequency after being impacted by instabilities (e.g. long term stability). VCXOs are key to building phase locked loops (PLLs) from scratch. These products are used for a variety of applications such as 5G RRHs, high speed DAC/ADC/SERDES, military radios, optical networks and microwave backhaul/ point to point.
