Plant Communication Solution
The communication solutions in the factory are divided into wired communication system, wireless communication system, public address system, IP public broadcasting system, security system, power system, and transmission system (optical transmission system and IP transmission system). By combining wired and wireless communication systems, the factory can meet the needs of production scheduling, office telephones, on-site inspections, and emergency communication. The amplification call system adopts an analog wired approach, and each station is equipped with speakers to achieve the amplification function of the call. The IP broadcasting system utilizes IP transmission links to achieve broadcast notifications within the factory and office areas. The security system can achieve export control, access control, and video surveillance of the factory area, ensuring the security of the factory and office areas. The transmission system utilizes optical transmission and IP transmission to provide underlying transmission support for the entire solution. The power supply system ensures uninterrupted power supply for systems with higher importance.

Integration and interoperability

The integration and interoperability between the program-controlled exchange wired system and the DMR standard wireless system provide flexible scheduling.


Reliable operation

The plan adopts a UPS power system to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the main system;  All outdoor equipment meets the requirements for outdoor protection, ensuring the safe operation of the system.


Link Redundancy

Link redundancy is used between SDH optical transmission equipment in the transmission system, as well as between the core of IP transmission and the aggregation switch, to enhance the reliability of the transmission link.


System openness

The system can be connected to PCM devices using analog cables, providing various interfaces such as FXO, FXI, and 64K. In addition, it can be connected to other IP transmission devices through Ethernet switches.
