On December 14, the Hebei Provincial Emergency Management Informatization Comprehensive Application Platform project opened for bidding. Far East Communications won the bid for the "Emergency Network System and General Integration" with a bid amount of 14.85 million yuan. This is another landmark project for Far East Communications in the Hebei Provincial emergency management industry, following the Shijiazhuang Emergency Management Informatization Comprehensive Application Platform project.

This project involves the construction of sensing networks, wired communication networks, satellite communication networks, and wireless communication networks. It is the foundation of the entire Hebei Provincial emergency management informatization platform and carries out the important work of interconnection between the emergency rescue site and the provincial emergency management hall command center.

After the project is completed, a three-level networking structure of the rear command center, front-line command post, and rescue site will be formed. This will improve the Hebei Provincial emergency communication network links and infrastructure construction, creating a "rapid response, professional and reliable, integrated means, and unified and efficient" emergency communication system. It will become a regional benchmark project for emergency communication and serve as a demonstration for other provinces and cities within Hebei Province and even nationwide.

In this project, the emergency command narrowband wireless communication network solution launched by Far East Communications is deployed and applied. This solution is based on the 370MHz PDT digital trunking system. Targeting suddenness, mobility, and flexibility, it adopts a construction model that combines fixed and mobile deployment and integrates broadband and narrowband services. It can also expand public network cluster services, achieving full coverage of fixed locations and emergency sites, meeting the needs of emergency command and dispatch in both daily and emergency situations, and improving the communication support capabilities in the field of emergency management.

As an important equipment manufacturer and solution provider in the domestic emergency management industry, Far East Communications has successively participated in the construction of the national public emergency response platform system and the top-level planning and overall demonstration work of the Ministry of Emergency Management's informatization system. It has launched a series of products and solutions, including emergency command information systems, integrated communication systems, emergency command narrowband wireless communication systems (PDT), emergency command broadband trunking communication systems (LTE), on-site emergency communication equipment, VAST satellite communication systems, and TianTong satellite mobile communication systems.
