On December 17, the third Central Enterprises Yixing Innovation and Creativity Competition, focusing on new generation information technology, held its semi-final round in Beijing. Far East Communications' entry, a creative project titled “Heaven-Earth Integration, Mission Accomplished,” a new emergency communication guarantee service system, advanced to the semi-final stage.

The new emergency communication guarantee service system aims to build an emergency communication network that is "integrated across heaven and earth, multi-domain integrated, resilient and damage-resistant, and agile and efficient." Based on this, it will create a comprehensive emergency communication guarantee service that is "mission-accomplished, always-on service, combining peacetime and wartime, and integrating training and maintenance."

After completion, this system will significantly enhance the comprehensive perception, dynamic monitoring, intelligent early warning, analysis and decision-making, rapid response, and precise supervision capabilities of emergency management departments. Simultaneously, by building a nationally interconnected regional emergency communication guarantee service base, it will create a nerve center for the emergency management system, forming a new emergency communication guarantee model that is technologically advanced, professionally staffed, resource-sharing, and regionally collaborative.
