Through the rapid deployment of the broadband and narrowband integrated portable station, an emergency communication network is established on site. First-line personnel carry various terminals such as LTE terminals, PDT terminals, and multi-mode terminals to carry out rescue and disposal work on site. Various terminals are uniformly grouped, and can seamlessly exchange information with each other; establish an information transmission channel between the forward command post and the site, and realize remote unified command and dispatch of first-line personnel; at the same time, the forward command post can report to the rear command center through various transmission links. Thus, a three-in-one three-dimensional command system of "rear command center-forward command post-disaster site" is established.
