To achieve real-time comprehensive management of city-wide isolation points and isolated personnel, precise data information is essential. The data governance team responsible for this work consists of engineering delivery personnel from the government and enterprise business unit. Leveraging their experience in data analysis and management from project implementation, they quickly divided into 23 administrative area groups, working continuously for 48 hours to comprehensively screen and clean the initial data of the city's collected isolation medical observation points and isolated personnel. They strictly compared, corrected, and categorized the data according to data statistical requirements, providing strong support for initial data entry.

As the core task of the project, the development of the software system is crucial to the success of the entire project. The research and development team responsible for this work consists of 15 young people from the product research and development department. They worked tirelessly, racing against time, living and working at the user site. Based on the company's intelligent application development platform, they completed the basic functions of the system online in 24 hours and the full-function system in 72 hours. They provided online support for the reporting, statistics, and analysis of information from various isolation points during the most critical period of the epidemic.

Good software delivery depends on a good training support team. The joint support team responsible for this work consists of personnel from the solutions department and the government and enterprise pre-sales support department. To ensure that the launched system functions effectively, they assisted Shijiazhuang's districts and counties' isolation observation points in data collection, reporting, and maintenance for four consecutive days. They also provided system technical training and 24/7 technical support to the heads of various isolation points, achieving effective governance and control of the original data of isolation points and isolated personnel.

Data that originally took a whole day to collect and analyze can now be exported in real time from the system and accurately reported to relevant government departments at all levels.
