In accordance with the deployment requirements of relevant ministries and commissions on the special operation to crack down on the impersonation of state-owned enterprises, in order to severely crack down on the illegal acts of relevant enterprises registering Hebei Far East Communication System Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Far East Communication) and its subsidiaries as shareholders, and to widely accept reports from all sectors of society on acts of impersonating state-owned enterprises, and to broaden channels for collecting clues of violations, the following announcement is made on matters relating to the reporting methods of the special operation to crack down on the impersonation of state-owned enterprises:

I. Reporting Content
(1) Organizations or individuals who register Far East Communication and its subsidiaries as shareholders by forging company registration applications, equity transaction agreements, company seals, business licenses, signatures of legal representatives, and identity documents.
(2) Organizations or individuals who provide intermediary services or convenience for the registration of fake state-owned enterprises and obtain undue economic benefits.
(3) Acts of falsely claiming to be state-owned enterprises and misleading the public, while having no equity relationship with Far East Communication and its subsidiaries.
(4) Other illegal and irregular acts related to the impersonation of Far East Communication.
