In the third quarter, Far East Communication received frequent good news in the power industry. It provided dispatch communication equipment for the Beijing citywide power dispatch project, the Tianjin citywide power dispatch project, and the Liaoning Provincial Power Dispatch Exchange Network renovation project. Focusing on provincial/municipality-level citywide dispatch communication projects, it provides important support for the safe and reliable operation of power dispatch.

The renovation of the Beijing power dispatch exchange network covers the Beijing Electric Power Company's city dispatch, city backup dispatch, and the dispatch networks of its 16 subordinate power supply companies. It covers a power dispatch area of 16,400 square kilometers, providing strong communication support for the safe operation of the power grid. The Beijing Electric Power Company supplies electricity to all electricity users in the Beijing area and also undertakes the important mission of ensuring the safe and reliable power supply for various major political and cultural exchange activities in the capital. Following the development trend of intelligent integration of the State Grid Corporation's dispatch system, this project, combined with existing pilot projects, configures a human-machine workstation interface to provide technical support and information sharing interfaces for realizing intelligent grid dispatch and business system integration, actively adapting to the development trend of intelligent and IP-based power grids, and providing a new generation of stable and open dispatch systems.

The Tianjin power dispatch exchange network uses dozens of sets of dispatch exchange equipment to build a multi-layered, multi-node large-scale communication private network, covering a power dispatch area of 11,900 square kilometers. As the dedicated network for dispatch exchange and command of the Tianjin Electric Power Company, the dispatch exchange network is an important communication means to ensure the safe and stable operation of the Tianjin power grid. Far East Communication, in response to the IP-based development trend of power dispatch exchange networks, has significantly improved in terms of carrying business types, technical systems, and network structure, meeting the needs of short call setup time, rich dispatch functions, and stable and reliable operation for power dispatch.

The Liaoning Power Dispatch Exchange Network renovation (Phase I) covers 6 regions and an area of 60,000 square kilometers. The Liaoning Electric Power Company's core business is the construction and operation of the Liaoning power grid, with power supply and sales areas covering the entire province, providing power supply and services for the economic and social development and people's production and life in the province. This renovation project uses geographically dispersed backup of the ground dispatch core node, functional disaster recovery, and dual-plane link design, effectively improving the reliability and technological advancement of the Liaoning power dispatch exchange network, providing high-quality communication support for the strong and stable operation of the power grid.
