Following the accident, technicians from Far East Communications immediately brought satellite portable stations, portable command boxes, and other communication equipment to the scene to assist the Guizhou Provincial Emergency Rescue Center's rescue team.

At about 17:00 on September 18, a passenger ship capsized on the Zuoke River in Lizhi Special District, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province, resulting in 10 deaths and multiple missing persons. Following the accident, the local government promptly issued instructions to fully rescue the people who fell into the water and minimize casualties.

On the evening of the incident, technical personnel from Far East Communications immediately went to the scene of the accident with the Guizhou Provincial Emergency Rescue Center, carrying satellite portable stations, portable command boxes, and other communication equipment.

Rescue

After communicating with the local government, the technical personnel from Far East Communications quickly engaged in the communication support work at the rescue site. Using satellite portable stations to establish communication links between the front and rear, real-time pushing of on-site audio and video through portable command boxes, accurately providing on-site environmental information for rescue judgment... Far East Communications fully ensured information communication between the Ministry of Emergency Management, the Guizhou Provincial Government, and the on-site rescue command center.

Guizhou shipwreck rescue

Considering the heavy rain in the area, the technical personnel also used Ku-band satellite portable stations with larger bandwidth and stronger rain attenuation resistance in this support, providing more stable information support for rescue command and dispatch.

On September 20, the large-scale search and rescue operation ended. During the three-day and two-night rescue operation, Far East Communications equipment remained stable and successfully completed the communication support task.
