LTE LDBS Distributed Base Station
The LDBS Distributed Base Station is fully compliant with the 3GPP TD-LTE standards. It is mainly composed of baseband unit (BBU) and RF remote unit (RRU). BBU (Baseband Unit) is used for centralized control and management of LTE base stations, complies with 3GPP technical standards, is developed based on SoC platform, adopts integrated architecture, and supports smooth evolution. BBU integrates modules such as main control, baseband, power supply, and fan, providing functions such as communication with EPC, RF unit control, and equipment monitoring. RRU (Remote Radio Unit) serves as a remote radio frequency device for distributed eNB macro base stations, responsible for providing wireless coverage of the network. It completes UE access and wireless link transmission functions through the Uu interface, reports measurement information, and sends system information broadcasts. The main task of RRU is to achieve the mutual conversion between baseband digital I/Q signals and RF signals, as well as other auxiliary work required for the normal operation of RRU.
