A project site in Huabei Oilfield covers an area of over 3000 square kilometers, with an estimated coalbed methane resource of 600 billion cubic meters. HBFEC is providing wireless signal coverage to the coalbed methane wells in the area during the Huabei Oilfield Communication Transmission System Upgrade Project.

Case Description

Solution

A bottom-up data collection and top-down remote control IPv4/IPv6 network was constructed using a TD-LTE system based on 4G technology.  The project includes the construction of 25 tower LTE base stations and the construction of core network systems, providing wireless signal coverage for coalbed methane wells in the project area.


Customer Value

Wireless signal coverage has been achieved for coalbed methane well sites, with a single point bandwidth of 1-5Mbps, meeting service needs such as production data collection, control command issuance, and monitoring videos within the coverage area.
