March 25-27, The Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan "Beibu Gulf Connection-2025" Civil Air Defense Cross-Regional Support and Coordination Exercise was held simultaneously in Zhanjiang, Maoming, and Yangjiang, Guangdong. Yuedong Communications, as a supporting unit, participated in the exercise and showcased its "Mobile Zhongtong" satellite communication vehicle, satellite internet phased array antenna, satellite integrated PDT mobile base station, and small portable scatter communication equipment etc.

This exercise involved 25 cities 40 multiple specialized teams 470 and many participants, focusing on testing the cross-regional communication coordination and practical support capabilities of the civil air defense communication team. The exercise began with a dynamic demonstration of all elements of civil air defense communication equipment. The new generation of equipment showcased by Yuedong Communications attracted widespread attention from leaders, experts, and participants on-site due to its advanced technology and reliable practical performance.

01. “Mobile Zhongtong” satellite communication vehicle
Supports automatic star searching, rapid deployment of vehicle-mounted equipment, and multi-network integrated communication, possessing the advantages of rapid response capability and all-weather communication support in complex environments.
 

02. Satellite Internet Phased Array Antenna
When ground networks are paralyzed due to major emergencies such as air raids or earthquakes, it can quickly access the satellite internet through authentication, enabling real-time transmission of high-definition video and secure transmission of key instructions, providing all-dimensional battlefield perception for decision-making.
 

03. Satellite Integrated PDT Mobile Base Station
Equipped with a network intelligent adaptation system, it can seamlessly switch between satellite networks, 4G/5G public networks, and PDT cluster private networks, ensuring zero interruption of the command link. It has been proven through multiple practical applications to have anti-electromagnetic interference and physical blocking capabilities, effectively supporting the construction of an all-weather three-dimensional civil air defense communication system.
 

04. Small Portable Scatter Communication Equipment
Using a single-soldier backpack design, it can overcome extreme terrain limitations. 50-kilometer beyond-visual-range communication combined with Beidou positioning and direction finding accurately achieves point-to-point multimedia communication between the scene and the command center.

The Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan "Beibu Gulf Connection-2025" Civil Air Defense Cross-Regional Support and Coordination Exercise, fully tested the practical effectiveness of the modernization of the regional civil air defense communication system, laying a solid foundation for cross-regional support and coordination in the face of future extreme events and major disasters.
