On February 17, Hu Zhongxiong, member of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the CPC, secretary of the Guiyang Municipal Committee of the CPC, and secretary of the Party Working Committee of Gui'an New Area, led a Guiyang municipal party and government delegation to Shijiazhuang for an inspection. During the inspection, accompanied by Zhang Chaochao, member of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the CPC and secretary of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Committee of the CPC, they investigated Far East Communications.
Relevant leaders from Guiyang and Shijiazhuang participated in the investigation. Cai Hong, director of the Network Communication Research Institute and general manager of China Electronics Network Communication, received the delegation. Ma Fei, chairman of Far East Communications, gave a report.
