Recently, people's air defense leaders and experts from various provinces and some cities gathered in Shijiazhuang to participate in the first national civil air defense command training class of 2021, organized by the Joint Operations Academy of the National Defense University.

To improve the quality and enrich the forms of training, on April 20, the training class visited the China Electronics Technology Network Communication Research Institute (Institute 54, hereinafter referred to as the Network Communication Research Institute) for a study visit. Liang Zanming, Vice President of the Network Communication Research Institute and Vice General Manager of China Electronics Network Communication Group Co., Ltd., and Li Junjun, Executive Vice President of Far East Communications, and other leaders warmly received the guests.

Far East Communications has long been committed to the informatization construction of people's air defense command, with projects covering various levels of people's air defense units in 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government. It has become a pioneer and leader in the informatization construction of China's people's air defense. The Network Communication Research Institute and Far East Communications feel honored to be selected as a visit point for the training class and have made careful preparations.

At the reporting session, Liang Zanming first warmly welcomed the training class. Relevant leaders of Far East Communications introduced the development of people's air defense command and communication construction on site, and combined with the company's many years of accumulation in the field of people's air defense, interpreted the "2021 People's Air Defense Work Arrangement" and the construction of smart people's air defense, making an in-depth special report.

 Observation  

After the report, the training class visited the equipment exhibition area and viewed the LTE broadband communication system, PDT narrowband communication system, wideband and narrowband integrated portable box, and Tianshu command box developed by Far East Communications. These equipment are currently widely used in people's air defense units in many provinces and cities across the country, giving full play to their role in empowering command and enhancing communication.

Among them, the Tianshu command box, multi-mode handheld terminal, and Yuan Qingqi equipment attracted great interest due to their powerful functions.

Subsequently, the training class visited the second-generation mobile command post for people's air defense designed and manufactured by Far East Communications. Since the implementation of the standard for the second-generation mobile command post for people's air defense in 2017, Far East Communications has successively built second-generation mobile command posts for Chengde, Shijiazhuang, Yichang, Yulin, and other cities, and has repeatedly ensured on-site command and communication for major events and exercises.

The study visit of this national people's air defense command training class represents the affirmation of Far East Communications by people's air defense users.
