At 10:16 am on December 29, Zhengzhou Metro lines 6, 7, and 8 (Phase 1) officially opened for service. This marks the successful completion of Zhengzhou's Phase 3 urban rail transit construction. The total operating mileage has reached 450 kilometers, surpassing the 400-kilometer threshold for world-class metro cities and ranking among the top ten nationwide.
The three lines opened this time were constructed and put into operation simultaneously. The construction scale was large, the construction difficulty was high, and the working environment was complex. Far East Communications, as the communication system integrator for Line 6 Phase 1 Northeast Section and Line 7 Phase 1, and the supplier of dedicated telephones and dedicated wireless systems for Line 8 Phase 1, under the scientific guidance and careful planning of the various departments of Zhengzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd., organized meticulously, managed efficiently, and promoted the project construction with full effort, providing reliable assurance for the smooth opening and operation of the three lines, and adding a strong stroke to the accelerated advancement of Zhengzhou's modernization and internationalization construction.
