Therefore, the research and development of new protective technologies and the improvement of the protection capabilities of important targets have become key research and solutions in the field of national defense mobilization.

Far East Communications, combining its years of technical accumulation and project implementation experience in civil air defense informatization construction, has launched an important target protection solution. This solution addresses the protection needs of important targets such as communication facilities, power facilities, water conservancy facilities, grain and oil materials, and oil depots and gas stations. It adopts a low-altitude, all-domain reconnaissance and early warning system, combined with camouflage protection and deflection and detonation methods to build a comprehensive protection system, effectively countering drone and precision-guided weapon strikes and enhancing the protection capabilities of important targets. At the same time, the solution also provides command communication and logistical support capabilities, enabling rapid organization of disaster relief and rescue, timely elimination of air raid consequences, and effective reduction of air raid disasters.
 

This solution consists of command and control, reconnaissance and early warning, camouflage protection, and deflection and detonation   multiple subsystems. When there is an intrusion of drones or weapons within the airspace of an important target, the reconnaissance and early warning system can complete position guidance and lock-on tracking in the first instance, and transmit the monitored air situation information, target information, and video images in real time to the command and control system. As the core of the entire solution, the command and control system will analyze and judge the received early warning information, integrate it to form an air situation, analyze the threat level, and intelligently generate a protection plan, while autonomously linking the camouflage protection system and the deflection and detonation system to activate camouflage and implement countermeasures and deception, thus forming a comprehensive, three-dimensional, all-element important target protection system, building an unbreakable barrier for important targets.
 

In 2020, the nation's first all-element important economic target protection pilot project— Yulin City Important Economic Target Protection Command Information System Pilot Construction Project was successfully delivered, accumulating valuable experience for the construction and implementation of subsequent important target protection projects, and also becoming the starting point for Far East Communications' participation in the comprehensive and all-element system construction of national defense mobilization.
