To effectively enhance the cross-regional and cross-departmental mobile support communication and rapid response capabilities of national defense mobilization, from March 25th to 29th, the Hebei Provincial National Defense Mobilization Office organized and conducted the "JXA-2024" cross-regional mobile support communication training in Handan, opening the curtain for the 2024 annual mobile command platform training in six regions of the Hebei Provincial National Defense Mobilization Office system. As a support unit, Far East Communications dispatched a professional technical team to provide full support for the successful holding of the training.

This activity focused on organizing basic training on command and communication equipment operation, carrying out multi-element collaborative communication based on the second-generation mobile command platform. The equipment involved in the training includes the second-generation mobile command and communication system of the Hebei Provincial National Defense Mobilization Office, the second-generation mobile command and communication system of the Shijiazhuang Municipal National Defense Mobilization Office, the first-generation mobile command and communication system of the Handan Municipal National Defense Mobilization Office, and the mobile command and communication system of the Hebei Provincial Emergency Management Department, all constructed by Far East Communications.
 

During the training, the trainees used vehicle-mounted/portable satellite systems, portable command boxes, BeiDou, shortwave, and drones to quickly establish a cross-regional and cross-departmental communication network. Under "three-break" scenarios, they transmitted voice, image, and data information in real-time to the temporary command center, assisting leaders in quickly understanding the situation on the scene, timely allocating resources from all parties, and improving decision-making and handling efficiency.

 
During the training, technical experts from Far East Communications also provided communication support knowledge training for the trainees, further improving the training effect through a combination of theory and practice.

This training tested the reliability and rapid response capability of the mobile command and communication system constructed by Far East Communications, and also demonstrated Far East Communications' excellent technical level and first-class service level. In the future, Far East Communications will continue to provide support for the mobile command platform training in the other five regions of the Hebei Provincial National Defense Mobilization Office system. At the same time, we will continue to explore the needs of the national defense mobilization industry, create more innovative products and solutions for digital national defense mobilization, accelerate the transformation of advanced technology into combat effectiveness, and make greater contributions to the development of the national defense mobilization cause!
