On the evening of September 25th, brightly lit, with big names and stars gathering, under everyone's eager attention, the Far East Communications "Most Valuable" Product and Solution Roadshow Finals kicked off! Six contestants took the stage, ready to compete.

After the trials of the preliminary rounds, and two weeks of hard work and preparation, the six contestants shed their nervousness and inexperience, confidently facing the finals. They spoke eloquently, fluently answering questions, passionately showcasing their most valuable products and solutions in their minds, together putting on a spectacular competition.

In this final, company leaders simulated angel investors, and contestants, in the role of startup team leaders, pitched their product or solution's business model to investors to secure funding. During the competition, contestants explored needs, discussed applications, and presented plans; the investors calculated costs, assessed value, and evaluated risks, thoroughly assessing the contestants' ability to present their products and solutions, as well as their individual thinking logic and ability to adapt to the situation.
 

At the same time, the roadshow finals were also livestreamed online, and a "Most Popular Award" was set up. Many employees from other locations left messages, cheering on the contestants and casting their valuable votes.

After nearly two hours of intense competition, based on the amount of investment received, the final results were: 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 1 most popular award selected by online voting. The exciting competition, with high-level players, showcased a spirit of daring to fight, daring to struggle, and pursuing excellence! This is both the persistence of diligent and long-term efforts, and the accumulation of long-term hard work, as Zhang Lei, the winner of the first prize, said, "Every step forward, I used all my courage and strength to break through, and by constantly persevering, I will eventually reap the rewards of growth."

After the announcement of the winners, an awards ceremony was immediately held to present awards to the representatives of the winners of the three categories of the product and solution roadshow competition, the production, manufacturing, and assembly competition, and the engineering project management knowledge competition.

Thus, the Far East Communications 2023 Quality Month "Quality Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement Training" job skills competition came to a successful conclusion. The competition lasted for a month, with a total of 22 events and over 240 participants. Everyone learned from advanced examples, practiced their skills, and significantly improved their quality and excellence awareness.
