In March 2023, the emergency communication equipment project undertaken by Far East Communications was officially delivered to the First Division's emergency management bureau and put into use. This project mainly includes six major systems: 370M wireless communication, public network image transmission, Beidou navigation and positioning, MESH self-organizing network, integrated positioning, and IoT perception. In this drill, it undertook the emergency communication support task in the "post-earthquake" scenario.

During the drill, all systems and equipment operated stably and reliably. Wireless communication network coverage was achieved at the locations of the emergency command centers at both the Corps and divisional levels. Voice communication, information collection, and video transmission were established between the "earthquake site" and the emergency management departments and rear command centers, providing important support for obtaining real-time information and making command decisions.

 

The successful earthquake emergency comprehensive drill further tested the operational effectiveness of the emergency communication equipment project in "post-earthquake" emergency communication support.
