At around 13:00 on March 9, a wildfire broke out in Laiyuan County, Baoding City. After the fire broke out, the national, provincial, municipal, and county levels quickly organized forces for scientific fire fighting. The satellite communication vehicle of the Hebei Provincial Emergency Management Department, constructed by Far East Communications, was ordered to rush to the scene at the first moment, with professional technicians from Far East Communications accompanying the team to provide full support for emergency communication at the scene.
Upon arriving at the scene, Far East Communications quickly set up a communication network connecting the rescue site, the front-line command center, and the rear command center. Through emergency equipment such as satellite communication vehicles, portable command boxes, drones, and surveillance balls, it achieved sharing of various rescue information such as voice, images, and data among the three locations, providing strong communication support for the situation assessment, command and dispatch, and emergency rescue of the fire.
At 7:30 on March 13, all open flames of the Laiyuan wildfire were extinguished.
