On February 16, Far East Communications and the Emergency Industry Main Research Institute of China Telecom Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Main Research Institute") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both sides reached a strategic consensus on close collaboration nationwide, leveraging their respective advantages in various sectors including emergency response, fire protection, civil air defense, forestry and grassland, and water conservancy.

As the undertaking unit of the Main Research Institute, Zhongtongfu and Xin Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hexin Technology") signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of the Main Research Institute. Yao Jianqiang, General Manager of Hexin Technology, Zhang Zhengquan, Deputy General Manager, Li Junjun, President of Far East Communications, Liu Xuehao, General Manager of the Emergency Business Department, and others attended the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, Li Junjun stated that Hexin Technology is a professional IT company based in Anhui and serving the whole country. In recent years, it has achieved remarkable results in the emergency response, chemical park, campus, and judicial sectors. Far East Communications and Hexin Technology have a high degree of convergence in industrial layout and corporate culture, and a solid foundation for cooperation.
Yao Jianqiang stated that Far East Communications has long been deeply involved in the emergency response, fire protection, and civil air defense industries, participating in the drafting and compilation of numerous industry standards and regulations. It possesses very mature emergency command communication products, solutions, and system integration capabilities. He expressed hope for further in-depth exchanges and win-win cooperation between the two parties in the future.
Going forward, the two parties will deepen cooperation in the fields of emergency response, fire protection, and civil air defense, continuously promoting strong alliances, jointly contributing to industry development, and working together to create a new chapter of high-quality development.
