To improve the city's flood prevention emergency rescue capabilities, on the morning of July 20, the Shuangliao City Emergency Management Bureau of Jilin Province organized a comprehensive emergency drill for flood prevention and rescue at the Bayi Reservoir exceeding the standard flood level. This comprehensive emergency drill for flood prevention and rescue started from actual combat, simulating the Bayi Reservoir being affected by continuous heavy rainfall upstream, with the risk of dam collapse at any time, requiring immediate emergency response. After receiving the drill support notice from the Shuangliao City Emergency Management Bureau, Far East Communications attached great importance to it, immediately established a working team, and organized personnel and equipment to build a three-in-one three-dimensional emergency command communication system of "rear command center-on-site command post-frontline rescue site".

At the drill site, Far East Communications quickly deployed the emergency command "Yuan Qingqi" solution, and within 5 minutes, it is possible to use single-soldier data acquisition terminals, AL710 PoC intercom terminals and other equipment to complete multi-dimensional collection and transmission of front-end information, allowing leaders from the front and rear to obtain first-hand information from the scene in a timely manner, providing a basis for subsequent command decisions.

At the same time, cooperating with the deployment at the on-site command post H8100 portable command box and emergency command one-map system, can comprehensively command and dispatch various participating teams, achieving flat, visual, and precise emergency command, making the entire emergency rescue process “audible, visible, and controllable,” making the work of emergency response personnel faster and more efficient.
