Recently, Guangdong Province has experienced the strongest rainfall since the beginning of the flood season, with severe damage in northern Guangdong. Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangdong Power Grid) launched a Level I wind and flood prevention response at 8 pm on June 21, quickly mobilizing emergency teams and materials for support. As the contractor of the three-level emergency communication command platform for the Southern Power Grid and the on-site emergency communication system of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau, Far East Communication immediately arranged technicians to go to the flood prevention front line with the power emergency team to provide all-weather emergency communication support for the power repair site.

At the power repair site in Yingde City, Qingyuan, one of the most severely affected areas in this flood, Far East Communication's on-site emergency equipment was quickly deployed and put into operation, building a "visible, audible, and commandable" on-site emergency communication network for the front-line emergency command center.

As the communication hub of the front-line emergency command center for flood prevention, Far East Communication's portable command box can gather audio, video, and data from the power repair site, enabling unified command and dispatch and interoperability of various communication methods.

At the same time, through the satellite communication network and the operator's public network, it can access the Dongguan Power Supply Bureau's emergency communication command center, realizing multi-channel image transmission, video conferencing, and collaborative operations between the power repair site, the front-line emergency command center, and the rear emergency command center (Dongguan Power Supply Bureau), providing strong support for the smooth progress of power repair.

As of now, the widespread heavy rainfall in Guangdong Province has ended, and all users affected by the heavy rainfall and floods have had their power fully restored. Far East Communication will cooperate with Guangdong Power Grid to carry out follow-up emergency communication support work.
