On January 26, Faraday Communications held its 2022 annual work conference, comprehensively summarizing the work of 2021, analyzing the current situation and tasks, and researching and deploying the work for 2022.

To ensure effective epidemic prevention and control, this conference was held simultaneously online and offline. Company leaders and award-winning employees attended the meeting on-site, while other employees participated online.

At the meeting, the company president, Li Junjun, delivered a work report entitled 《Working Together, Forging Ahead, Creating a New Situation of High-Quality Development in Private Network Communications》 The meeting pointed out that in 2021, the company thoroughly implemented the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, coordinated the epidemic prevention and control and scientific research and production work, achieved phased results in reform and development tasks, continuously improved the quality of operation, and achieved a good start to the "14th Five-Year Plan".
 

The meeting emphasized that in 2022, Faraday Communications will adhere to reform, with "seeking stability amidst progress" as the general guideline for its work, focusing on Maintaining market position in the rail transit industry; strengthening the emergency industry and building a second pillar of development; achieving breakthroughs in the military market for time-frequency products; promoting substantial progress in the research and development of new private network products four key tasks, striving to achieve a change every year and significant changes in three years.
