On the afternoon of July 12, Zhang ChaoChao, Secretary of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Committee, visited the Shijiazhuang Municipal Emergency Management Bureau. He listened to a report on flood prevention and preparedness and watched a demonstration of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Emergency Management Informatization Integrated Application Platform, built by Far East Communications. On July 11, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Meteorological Bureau issued a yellow rainstorm warning.
