Development History

Hebei Yuandong Communication System Engineering Co., Ltd. was formerly known as China Communication System Engineering Company, established in January 1985, and renamed Hebei Yuandong Communication System Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Yuandong Communication) in March 1995.

On May 22, 2014, in order to promote the leapfrog development of the industry, "Yuandong Communication" and "Yuanha Communication" merged to form the current "Yuandong Communication". For twenty years, Yuandong Communication has a profound technical and historical accumulation, and its development has witnessed the renewal and changes of China's communication industry.

2017

Far East Communications completed its shareholding system reform and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Jiesai Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Jiesai Technology 002544). Far East Communications will take this as a starting point to strive for progress and repay all shareholders and society with even better performance.

2016

Far East Communications launches AcroLTE broadband wireless communication products based on 4G technology; Far East Communications mass produces small-package SMD 9X14 fully sealed constant temperature crystal oscillators.

2014

Far East Communications business integration covers: dedicated network communications, civil air defense/government emergency response, rail transit, smart city and public security, system integration, time-frequency devices and application software, etc.; Far East Communications mass produces small-package SMD 9*14 non-hermetic temperature-compensated crystal oscillators.

2013

Far East Communications launches Acro®PDT digital trunking product;

2012

Far East Communications launches AcroTetra® digital trunking product; Far East Communications launches unified communications product;

2011

Far East Communications launches AcroSwitch® soft switch product;

2008

Far East Communications has achieved remarkable achievements in civil air defense and subway fields, becoming a well-known product supplier and system integrator in the industry; Far East Communications has industrialized and mass-produced high-end SC-cut quartz crystal oscillators. A testing system capable of simultaneously performing power aging tests on 200,000 temperature-compensated crystal oscillators has been built;

2007

Far East Communications' new headquarters has been completed and relocated to the Shijiazhuang Information Industry Park.

2005

Far East Communications is steadily developing in the field of rail transit, successfully winning bids for Beijing Subway lines 1, 2, and 5;

2004

Far East Communications products enter the international market; Far East Communications' independently developed AT-cut integrated temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) is launched;

2003

Far East Communications entered the public security field, software development, and video product fields, and achieved rapid development in civil air defense; Far East Communications first developed and manufactured secondary development products for rail transit wireless systems, and successfully won the bid for the Beijing Metro Line 8 project;

2002

Far East Communications has entered the rail transit field and successfully bid for the Nanjing Metro North-South Line integration project.

1998

Far East Communications enters the time-frequency field; Far East Communications is involved in the network integration field;

1997

Hebei Yuandong Harris Communications Co., Ltd. was established, completing a joint venture with Harris Corporation of the United States, engaged in the production, development, and sales of Harris H20-20 switches.

1995

Hebei Yuandong Communication System Engineering Co., Ltd. was established; Business scope includes: program-controlled switching, traffic electronics, energy electronics, microwave communication, Tiansi automation, computers, etc.;
